Mobile networks have adopted different strategies to woo customers to increase their customer base. It has been tough to compete against something which is totally FREE as compared to a paid service.
However good news is for customers as networks have not only slashed the talktime and data charges but also offering lucrative VAS services in order to retain and attract new customers. The most important point for networks is to manage the revenue hence new income streams are being sought.
